Pricing and Taxes

4. Shipping and Delivery

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Carrier: DHL or FedEx. Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping (Orders over $50): Carrier: EMS. Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Shipping Limitations

We ship globally with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. If your location is not served, we will notify you during checkout.

Delivery Responsibility

Once we transfer products to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to you. We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping carriers.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

We want you to love your TomboyX products. If you’re not satisfied:

• Return Period: 15 days from delivery date
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached
• Refund Method: Original payment method

Return Process

1. Initiate your return by filling out our Returns & Exchanges Form and emailing it to [email protected]
2. Package unworn, unwashed items with original tags in secure packaging with your order confirmation
3. Use the prepaid return shipping label we provide ($6.95 deducted from refund)
4. We process refunds within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting returned items

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless defective:

• Hats & Accessories (hygiene reasons)
• Beachwear & Accessories (if tags have been removed)
• Final Sale Items (clearly marked in our Collections)

International Returns

International customers (excluding some Asian and remote areas) are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued in USD and may be subject to currency exchange fluctuations.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of TomboyX or our content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. The TomboyX name and logo are trademarks of our company.
