All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

- Free Shipping (Orders over $50)

- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: We ship globally, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. International customers may be responsible for customs duties and taxes based on their country’s regulations.

- Return Period: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached

How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Start by filling out our Returns & Exchanges Form and email it to our customer service team at [email protected].
Step 2: Package Your Items
Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached in secure packaging. Include a copy of your original order confirmation or packing slip.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
We’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of return shipping ($6.95) will be deducted from your refund amount. For exchanges, standard shipping fees apply.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your items, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Exchanges will be shipped via your selected shipping method.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure health and safety standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Hats & Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Beachwear & Accessories (if tags have been removed)
- Final Sale Items (clearly marked in our Collections)
If you receive a defective item from these categories, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Refund Information
Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return at our warehouse. The timing for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution:
- Credit Cards: 3-5 business days after processing
- PayPal: 1-3 business days after processing
- Other Payment Methods: Processing times may vary
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs ($6.95 for prepaid label) are deducted from your refund amount
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote areas), international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency exchange fluctuations.
